Appointments synced to the tablet
Appointments booked in MoveMan appear on the surveyor’s tablet automatically, with every detail they need and a handy map. Surveyors can sync from home, the car or anywhere with Wi-Fi, so there is no wasted trip to the office for paperwork.
Simple to use, accurate every time
No more deciphering handwriting, counting boxes or adding up volumes. Surveyors pick a room, tap items from a room-specific list and MoveMan Mobile does the maths, from room and survey volumes to boxes, mattress covers and even rolls of tape.
Items can be customised whenever needed, so surveyors never have to pick the wrong item just to get the right volume.
Set up the way you work
Every installation comes with an industry-standard list of items and volumes, so you can start on day one. Then tailor item names, volumes, room contents and services to your business. Changes reach every surveyor’s device, keeping quality consistent across your team.
Photos that tell the full story
Capture access issues, items of interest, existing damage and whole rooms at every stage. Photos are saved to the survey and synced to the customer’s file, and a dedicated report shows them to the crew too.
Professional reports for every audience
Send customers a clear survey report without volumes, and give crews the full-detail version. Recognised survey reports make MoveMan Mobile ideal for corporate moves, government contracts and overseas agents.
