Go paperless on every job
MoveMan Job delivers each crew member’s jobs to their own Android or iOS phone, laid out clearly with everything they need. Crews record start and finish times, materials taken and returned, and sign off the job in the app.
Custom PDF forms and a full-day clock in and out mean the paperwork your office relies on comes back complete, every time.
Vehicle checks built in
Drivers complete a full daily vehicle check before every job, answering every required item before they can finish. Defects sync straight into the operator’s diary in MoveMan as a defect log you can track to completion.
Drivers sign each check electronically and can record a short walk-around video that is emailed to your operations team immediately.
Record damage and avoid costly claims
Crews photograph damaged items at both collection and delivery, so you know exactly what was damaged before the move and what happened during it. Every image is emailed to the office when the job is signed off.
Sign-offs you can rely on
Capture up to four signatures per job (collection, delivery, waiver and foreman), or a video sign-off when a customer would rather not use the crew’s device. Every signature is geolocated to prove where and when it was given.
Crews can also ask customers to complete your own performance questionnaire before they leave. The finished job sheet, photos and vehicle checks arrive by email and are filed against the customer in MoveMan automatically.
Stay in control from the office
The management portal lets you add and remove users in seconds. If a phone is lost or someone leaves, discontinue them and all MoveMan Job data is removed from the device.
Create SMS templates so crews can update customers on their journey, and personalise the sign-off messages for each option in the app.
